Kind of information

Corporate information covered by this policy are as follows.

A)Critical information
a.Information which required by the Tokyo Stock Exchange's (TSE) Timely Disclosure Rules, Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and other related laws and regulations.
b.Information that we voluntarily notify the TSE in order to support stakeholder’s investment decisions except for A)-a indications.

B)Others
Information which we regard it is useful for understanding the Group.

Method of disclosure

We will choose determined method and appropriate transmission organization under the following classifications.

A)Critical information
TDnet (TSE information network), EDINET (FSA information network), press release, web release on our homepage.

B)Others
Press or web release.

The Group’s information disclosures may contain current strategies, plans and other matters of “forward-looking statements,” which are outlooks prepared based on certain assumptions. Except for the past or the present facts, these are based on beliefs and expectations by information currently available to the Group. Therefore, these forward-looking statements are subject to risks and uncertainties, and actual business performance may differ from the current outlook.

Silent Period

To prevent unauthorized release of earnings information prior to announcements, the Group sets a "silent period" from the day one month before the announcement date of quarterly results. During this period, the Group refrains from replying to questions or commenting on the earnings and forecasts announcement. However, if results are expected to substantially differ from forecasts, the Group will make appropriate announcements.

Disclosure system

To realize reasonable and smooth disclosure, the Chief Information Officer and the related department will determine whether release is required and perform in accordance with this policy.

Public relations department will perform management and operation of this policy and establishment, changing or addition for this policy will carry out with the approval of the board of directors of the Group.
